"Generic Bluetooth Adapter Error Code 31"

I've been having issues with bluetooth and when I check device manager I notice something called "Generic Bluetooth Adapter". I dont know what it is and it also has the Error Code 31
"This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

{Operation Failed}

The requested operation was unsuccessful. "
I'm guessing this is causing my problems with bluetooth. How do I fix this?

    Hello, this is Emily.

    Can you share with me two screenshots please?

    1. Go to Device Manager > Network Adapters, I would like to see what's listed.
    2. Please type msinfo32.exe in the search on the taskbar and hit enter, then share a screenshot of the pop up.

    Thanks!

    Here you go! I also included my bluetooth category just in case.

    Thank you.

    Are you still using the same wifi/bluetooth adapter that came with the motherboard, or have you changed the adapter to the tp link one?

    If you are still using the one that came with the board, use this link to download and install the bluetooth driver: https://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/mb/amd_bt_driv... It is a zip file, so make sure you extract before you install it.

    If you no longer use the onboard one and you are using the TP LInk USB one, you will need to download the driver from here: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/ you will need to know the model and look it up by the model number.

    I couldn't tell you which adapter I am using, so I will try both methods.
    For the first one, what do I do once I unzip the file? (Sorry I'm not tech savvy at all)
