I have CoPilot and Office365 E3, and Im trying to sign into my work account on Android, and i get the error:

Let's try that again

Sorry about that. There may be a problem with your work or school account. Sign in with a different account.

Code:E010028

And then i can go and sign out and back in , but every time I sign in, i get the same error.

My personal Office account works fine but i want to use it for work.

Thanks

Same error here, but only on one device.

    The Smasnug Tab S2

All my other devices work fine.

I'm having the same issue with Copilot on Android. When I try to sign in with my work account, I receive the following error:

"Let's try that again. Sorry about that. There may be a problem with your work or school account. Sign in with a different account. Code: E010045."

I've attached a screenshot for reference. I've tried signing out and back in multiple times, but the problem persists.

My personal account works fine, but I really need this to work for my job. Has anyone found a solution?

On Android 13 when launching Copilot and you get this error E010026 on Build number 28.3.420517014.

What will work is: go to Settings> Apps> Copilot, tap on Copilot tap on Force Stop.

What did not work was : Restarting Mobile device and Uninstalling and reinstalling the Copilot App.

This was the Solution in my use case. hope it works for everyone who get this error E010026 when launching.

Good luck have fun with Copilot.
