I have the same issues. Stuck for 3 days in an Authenticator loop. It will only allow me to sign in using Authenticator and it doesn’t pop up to allow me to enter codes since I switched phones. I can’t even start a case because it requires me to sign in and I cannot. I’ve tried every single step in every MS community or online solution. Everything including the azure portal is requiring me to enter a code into Authenticator and Authenticator will not work for me.

2025-02-21T22:12:29+00:00 I got a new phone and was not logged into authenticator yet for both my personal and work email. I am the admin for work. I changed the password for work email and it asked me to go to authenticator, but I was not in authenticator yet. I enabled the personal account and every time now that it asks me for the verification code for the work account it only pulls it up for the personal account. I am desperate to get back into my work email. Help! I am logged out in the online version, my computer and my cell phone. No access whatsoever to work email!

2025-04-01T09:02:55+00:00 I'm on my work business account and I've transferred my data to a new phone to separate my work apps and personal apps, but it hasn't backed up my authenticator data. Now I can't access any of my accounts, and my old phone has also been reset, so I can't even get into that to recover it. I tried calling the number for the UK in the link posted before but it refuses to put me in touch with a human, there isn't a number associated with my account and the only way I can get into the advanced security settings page to change my 2fa is to input my 2fa, which I don't have, hence the need to get into my settings to change my 2fa. I need someone to call me because your AI assistant is about as useful as a chocolate fireguard.
