    Bonjour Madame, Monsieur,

    Meilleures salutations,

    Orly Rosenzweig

Hi. Which one is step 4? I am also stuck in the loop with my unisa account school account. Just a frustrating endless cycle.

I'm also stuck in the same loop. Right now I am signed in on another account, but I can't sign into my old one due to "suspicious activities". It tells me to approve a request from a mobile device or use an authenticator but I don't have access to it. Whenever I try to sign in even on Authenticator, it again tells me to approve the request on mobile device which isn't possible. Texting the code to my number isn't an option which can be used to fix the issue. What do I do? (It is a private account, not used for work)

I am having this exact same problem with my unisa account. Were you able to solve it?

    Hello

    I’m having the same problem.

I am locked out of my Hotmail account and am trying to reboot Authenticator. It accepts my recovery email address but refuses to send a code to my registered phone number. It will only deal with Authenticator but it is being rebooted and not accessible.

I raised a rest request but it was refused.

Any advice would be gratefully received

    Thanks

    Chris
