I cant log in. Im stuck in Microsoft Authenticator loop.

2. Login -> Action required. Additional security information for your organization. Follow the prompts to download and set up the Microsoft Authenticator app.
3. Click NEXT
4. Succeeded! Good job! You have successfully configured your security information. Select Done to continue logging in. Default sign-in method: Microsoft Authenticator - notification Microsoft Authenticator iPhone 14 Pro
5. Click READY
6. Action required. Additional security information for your organization. Follow the prompts to download and set up the Microsoft Authenticator app.

-> 3-6 again and again..

Dont know what to do. Cant login my account.

I have the same questions for my personal account. I am stuck in the 2FA loop. I am on my business account right now; it's the only way in. I need into my personal account, please. I'm setting up a new computer.

I am a personal account not an organizational account, thus I don't have access to this tool.

I am trying to open Outlook on my android personal account. I can open it on my PC but not my phone. It asks for verification via Authenticator. The Authenticator accepts my 2 digit code number and says "Apporved". However when I try to open Outlook on my phone it just loops back and says I need to use Authenticator again. If I try with another method it just says "something went wrong".

I let the authenticator app load. It takes a few seconds, but it does pop up on my 16 ProMax.
