I suspect you meant MS-102 not MS-365

Exams are not certifications. The MS-102 exam is only part of the requirements for the Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certification. Exams and certifications are different. Passing a single Microsoft 365 exam (for example, MS-102) does not always automatically grant a certification and certificate; some certifications require multiple exams or prerequisite certifications.

Take these steps:

1. Verify whether the exam actually grants a certification
   • Go to the relevant certification page (for example, Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert) and confirm the required exams and any prerequisite certifications.
   • If the passed exam is only part of the requirements, a certificate will not be issued until all requirements are met.
2. Check the Microsoft Learn profile
   • Sign in to Microsoft Learn.
   • Open the profile and go to Credentials → Certifications.
   • If a certification was earned, it appears there and can be viewed, printed, and saved as PDF. Note that direct certificate download is no longer provided; use the view/print/save-as-PDF option instead.
3. If a certification is missing or expected but not visible
   • Follow the guidance for missing exams or certifications:
     • Confirm the correct Learn login account is being used (check for multiple profiles or different accounts used when registering for the exam).
     • If still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support.
   • To contact support:
     • Go to https://aka.ms/credentialssupport.
     • Sign in with the same account used for the exam.
     • Complete the required fields and submit a support ticket so the Microsoft Credentials Support team can investigate.

If the exam passed is one that does not itself confer a certification, no certificate will be issued; only the full certification (once all requirements are met) generates a certificate in the Learn profile.
