Hi @Abdul Wasi ,

Hope you are doing well.

It can take 24 to 48 hours for your certification to appear on your Microsoft Learn profile. There may be additional delays over weekends.

If your certification is still missing after 48 hours, please follow the steps in the Missing Certifications Guide to check your MCID and profile details.

If it still does not appear, please contact Credential Support using the link below:

Certificates and certifications appear only after all requirements are met and the correct Learn profile is used.

    Take these steps:

    1. Confirm the certifications are actually earned
      • AZ-104 and AZ-140 each map to specific certifications. Some certifications require multiple exams. Verify that each exam you passed on its own grants a certification by checking the relevant certification or exam details pages: Browse credentials.
    2. Make sure you are using the correct Microsoft Learn account
      • Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same personal Microsoft account (or work/school account) used when scheduling and taking the exams.
      • If there might be multiple accounts, sign out and try any other Microsoft accounts that may have been used when registering for AZ-104 or AZ-140.
      • The “congratulations” email for a passed certification is sent to the Contact Email in the Learn profile; if that email points to a different profile, sign in with that account.
    3. Check the Certifications and Transcript areas
    4. Understand that not every exam gives a certificate by itself
      • Passing an exam does not always equal a certification. If an exam is only part of a multi-exam certification, the certificate will appear only after all required exams are passed.
    5. If certifications are still missing
      • Follow the guidance in the “Missing Exams or Certifications” article:
        • Reconfirm requirements.
        • Reconfirm the login account.
      • If, after checking accounts and requirements, AZ-104 or AZ-140 certifications are still not visible, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for help: Microsoft Credentials Support.
