Can I pre-install the WALinuxAgent on my VMs that I am replicating to ASR from on-prem?

When doing test failovers in ASR, I see at first boot WALinuxAgent trying to install. Sometimes holding up the system for 10-15 minutes. Is this something I can pre-install on my on-prem systems so I don't have to go through this during failover?
