I am having storage problems. I am trying to delete the files in the Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download folder. It will not let me. How can I delete these files. They are taking up a significant amout of storage

I am having storage problems. I am trying to delete the files in the Windows/SoftwareDistribution/Download. I need administrator priveleges. How can i delete these files. They are taking up gigabytes of space and I have down to megabytes of space.
