When I am sent a word document from a friend by email my computer is converting it to an XLXS Editor file which will not allow me to print unless I subscribe to Premium for £24.99. What has happened for this to keep happening?
If I forward the same email with the attachment to someone else, it appears as a word attachement. If I look at the email attachment on my ipad it is also attached as an XLXS file.
