Since the microphone test in Windows Sound settings shows 0% input when the headset is connected via Bluetooth (even outside of Teams), this may indicate that Windows is not fully loading the Bluetooth communication profile needed for microphone use.
Please try the following:
- Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers
- Right‑click Logi Zone Wireless 2 and select Properties
- Open the Services tab
- Uncheck Handsfree Telephony and select Apply
- Wait a few seconds, then re‑check it and select Apply again
- Restart the device and test the microphone in Windows Sound settings
If the issue continues, I recommend checking with your device manufacturer (HP) for any additional Bluetooth or audio driver updates for your laptop model.
In the meantime, using the included USB receiver may provide the most stable experience for both audio and microphone functionality.
