EFI Shell 2.31

I have almost no knowledge at all about computers, but my computer says the following:

EFI Shell version 2.31 (4.653)
Current running mode 1.1.2
Device mapping table
blk0 :BlockDevice - Alias (null)
PciRoot (0x0) /Pci (0x14, 0x1) /Ata(Primary, Master, 0x0)

Please reply if you have any information of how to fix my computer.

    That's the UEFI boot prompt.
    The key needs to be setup so it will boot UEFI and not MBR.
    You might try using Rufus which is capable of creating a bootable USB which can be used with UEFI. I'd try partition scheme UEFI and choose File System as NTFS https://rufus.akeo.ie/
