Installed RDS CALs still get Error 1306 and The number of connections to this computer is limited and all connections are in use. Help
Setting up new single server with Server 2019 Standard. Bought User RDP CAL pack and installed license. and still get error 1306. Cannot even connect a single RDP session. RDP diagnostics says all is well.

Is there any documentation and/or options to modify the load balancing algorithm between session host servers in an RDS Pool? Does it work with least connections, round robin, check cpu/ram load, etc.?
