why is my Dell computer stuck on reboot, after passing all of the pre-reboot tests? (after reset)
Basically I reset my Dell Laptop, (an Inspirion btw) and even after taking all the preboot tests, and having them all come back saying I have no problems, my Dell is just stuck on reboot/restart for hours at a time. I got this over 5-7 years ago as well.
