error accessing sharepoint url

Hi All

I am using exchange 2016 hybrid environment, we create users in onprem and migrate to online. i have a requirement from a user to access teams site from file explore rather then web url.

https://mycompanypri.sharepoint.com/sites/marketing/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx

When user puts the above url in file explorer he is getting error Windows can't find check the spelling and try again.

i have created a GPO with the below settings but still user is facing issue.
User Configuration->Administrative Templates->Windows Components->Internet Explorer->
Internet Control Panel-Security Page-Site to Zone Assignment List

https://servicenow-my.sharepoint.com value=2
*.mycompanypri.com value=2

Do i need to add this value as well https://mycompanypri.sharepoint.com value=2 to GPO. please guide me

@Glenn Maxwell We cannot directly use web address in file explorer to open a library of a SharePoint site.

For the user's requirement, to open a SharePoint library in File Explorer, here are two ways for him/her:

1. Map a network drive to the SharePoint Library
2. Use "Sync" feature to sync the library to user's PC.

We recommend using "Sync" button in SharePoint, instead of mapping a network drive to SharePoint, which is legacy technology and it may be affected by the deprecation of Internet Explorer in August 2021.
