Hi everyone,
I am looking to create a function in which when a user first launches outlook it will have a "new user" email in the inbox indicating some key things relating to support and our organisation.
Would it be possible to create some sort of org wide rule within exchange online to do so?
All our staff currently have e5 licenses and we manage through on prem and exchange online.

I changed the tag to office-exchange-online-itpro, the reason why we recommend posting appropriately is you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and other partners who read the forums regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us. Thank you for your understanding.
For Exchange on-premises, we could use scripting agent to send welcome email for new created mailbox. But, for Exchange online, there doesn't have such function so far.
