i understand that there is bug in 1.0.3 version of Notification-Hubs-java-sdk. I have found there is a fix avilable from git and modified the SDK to Notification-Hubs-java-sdk-custom 1.0.4
with the modified SDK when i try to push the notification. i am getting the following error. It would be great if you could help with the resolution.
com.windowsazure.messaging.NotificationHubsException: Tracking ID: ************************************ Error: HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden

Could you please share more information about the bug related to Notification-hubs-java-sdk 1.0.3 version (appropriate GitHub bug link) and also what operation you are trying to perform (whether pushing notifications to IOS ,Android.Windows phone apps or windows apps).
is there any documentation are you following if yes please do help us with the link to understand more and to assist you better,

i have followed this documentation
when i use the 1.0.3 version i get protocol error
java.lang.RuntimeException: org.apache.hc.core5.http.ParseException: Invalid protocol version; error at offset 0: <[0x2e][0x2f][0x30][0x31][0x32][0x33][0x34][0x35][0x36][0x37][0x38][0x39][0x3a][0x3b][0x3c][0x3d][0x3e]
