Hi, I had the same problem to upload SignableFile.bin file. Did you get it solved? Can you share the solution?

I have registered for Microsoft Hardware Developer Program and got this error while uploading signablefile.bin after properly signing it with DigiCertUtil.exe. Can you please tell me how
to fix this error ?
