    Same probleme here.

    Bypass solution :

    1. download mysql setup with link provided https://dev.mysql.com/get/Downloads/MySQLInstaller/mysql-installer-community-5.7.20.0.msi
    2. Create a C:\temp\ASRSetup directory (if not exist)
    3. Save .msi into C:\temp\ASRSetup
    4. Re-Dun setup. F
    5. First step is done after 5-10 seconds

@Herrera Gonzalez, Jose Wilfredo Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A forum. Happy to assist!

From the screenshot shared, I understand that Azure Site Recovery Unified Setup is failing with "Download MySQL - Failed" and validating server configuration - Failed"

Please ensure that you are installing 9.40/higher version of MicrosoftAzureSiteRecoveryUnifiedSetup.

Allow communication to all of the Azure URLs over HTTPS (443) port - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/site-recovery/vmware-azure-deploy-configuration-server#verify-connectivity

    Update:

If you have proxy configured, Azure URLs over HTTPS (443) port - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/site-recovery/vmware-azure-deploy-configuration-server#verify-connectivity should be in bypass list.

If there is no proxy, ensure Azure URLs are all whitelisted.

I found the problem, it's because of the regions, the infrastructure migrations to Azure and the appliance deployment is only available for Central US and West US.
