Vnet Peering not working

Hello!
i want to peer 3 VNets (A,B,C)
A & B are in the same region, C in a different region. (A is also home of the peering to my on-prem network)
The peering between A-B and B-C is working properly, the 3rd peering between A-C not.

I configured everything the same way via the Azure portal.

I already tried to disable all the NSGs and configured static routes for the virtual machines in all vnets.

Any ideas how to resolve that issue ?

Hello and thank you all for your help!

I´m not sure but maybe my VM/interface config is causing the problem.

All VMs in in vNet-B and vNet-C have the following configuration:

The VM in vNet-A only got one network interface with a public IP on it.

Could that configuration be the problem ?

To give you more insights: on eth1 there is also a vxlan-interface configured. (but i dont think that the vxlan is making any problem - it is just put on top - or isn´t it ?)
