RemoteApp only opens in 2019 Server

I have setup RDS on Server 2019 Standard. When I try RemoteApp it only works inside Server. I can access rdweb from another PC in LAN but it gives me error when launching App .

2022-12-19T19:56:49.737+00:00 I can do rdp to the server from the client no issues at all. I can open the URL/rdweb on client no issue.
But when launching the program it does finish the download of the published app and when ran it simply gives error.
