when i add my mobile number while creating an azure account via github, it gave me "failed", why?

    When creating an account, SMS validation is used to verify the identity of the individual of the account. The error message you shared indicates that the system sent the OTP code but was never entered by you at the prompt. If your device never received the prompt, verify the SMS number that's associated with your account, ensuring the country/region code is correct.

    If this doesn't correct your issue, I encourage you to create a billing support ticket.
