Cannot find my Microsoft Certification transcript.

Question

Hello,

I am trying to locate my Microsoft Certification transcript. The last activity on my transcript was in April of 2009.

My Microsoft Certification ID is 1586576. MS_Learning_Transcript.pdf When I type in this ID I cannot find my Microsoft Certification Transcript. I've attached a copy of my most recent transcript. Please help me associate this transcript with my new learn account.
