License Charges? How?

Hi Microsoft, Believed that we have 27 Business Standard License Used, 1 Business Standard License & 10 Business Basic License used. How are the charges like for each license? Is it annually & still ongoing? As we don't have the record. Previously, the record was managed by outsource IT, we didn't receive any invoices except for one in February. Moving forward, we might want to replace the billing account and tagged with another or choose invoice method, but afraid it might affect the billing process if there's any. Please advise. Thanks.

We'd love to help you, considering that i mainly focus on the function realization in SharePoint. It is recommended that you go to consult the sales of the purchased product.

If you can't contact the sales person who purchased the commercial standard license at the time, you may be able to look up the Microsoft 365 for business support phone numbers by country or region to ask questions about fees, etc.
