How to link an old work account to my new account for Microsoft Learn

I used my old work email address, & completed a number of training courses with you. These were mainly cloud computing. Unfortunately there does not seem a way I can link my old work email address to my new one. Even though they were both linked to my personal email address. Can you help?

Link other Microsoft accounts to your Learn profile

To link another Microsoft account to your Learn profile:

1. Select the profile icon in the top, right corner
2. Select Settings
3. Under Account Management, select Add account
4. Sign in to the Microsoft account you want to link
