Question

Hello, I passed my Microsoft Azure Fundamentals exam but I can't download my certificate. I keep getting a blank page Kindly assist.

Hi @Sarah Kamunya ,

Did you login to your dashboard over here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx and under the "Certificates" section click View Certificates which will redirect you to a page where you can download the certificates?

Also note that Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums, the supported products are listed over here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products (more to be added later on).
