Recently we have provisioned 02 different service on Cloud (But Different Instance) which are using MS Authenticator for 2FA.
Users are using the same services with same email ID and password (sometimes different). while registration at MFA (aka.ms / mfasetup), user enters the Email iD (eg: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***) and then enter the domain name (using sign in options) to reach to that specific service but user is usually redirected to other domain to enter the password even if the domain name is entered correctly. I have tried using it via private window in MS Edge Browser and Incognito mode as well in Google Chrome.
Is there any way to resolve this as if even after entering the correct domain name, the user is being directed to other domain? i have seen that sometimes it works after clearing the Cookies/history but it should work once the domain name is entered after entering the user name which is the email ID of the user.
please suggest and support.
