MFA - Unable to manage user setting

Hi all,

I was trying to update the MFA setting of a work account on Entra Admin Center, but I kept receiving the same error. I've already tried to disable/enable/enforce, but none of them can be updated. I don't understand why it is not updated, and the help desk account is already granted with permission. The error appeared as the attached picture:

    Doesthe account in question have an elevated role? Your HelpDesk Admin role wont work for those

    Can an Global Admin try? Also see if you can look up that Correlation ID in the Audit logs or try a different browser or incognito sessio.
