How to troubleshoot sign up errors in Azure student account?

I am facing an error while signing up for my Azure student account. The error message reads, "We couldn't sign you in. Please try again." While I am able to sign in using my phone, I am unable to sign up using my computer. Can someone help me fix this issue?

Can you try the below and let me know?

Try with edge browser

Check your firewall if there are any blocks in force

restart your machine and once done open a new browser window in incognito and sign-in into the browser profile first and then try to reach the azure site.
