How to troubleshoot sign up errors in Azure student account?

I am facing an error while signing up for my Azure student account. The error message reads, "We couldn't sign you in. Please try again." While I am able to sign in using my phone, I am unable to sign up using my computer. Can someone help me fix this issue?

Can you try the below and let me know?
- Try with edge browser
- Check your firewall if there are any blocks in force
- restart your machine and once done open a new browser window in incognito and sign-in into the browser profile first and then try to reach the azure site.
