The Approval app has stopped working in our Teams environment. It seems to have happened since the launch of the new Teams.
Has/is anyone else experiencing this.

Not working for anyone on Mac in our organization on any OS and not working on various browsers in web, either. Same "Something went wrong" message previously reported.

For better research, we would like to know the following information：
What error message appears when the Approval app stopped working?
Have you tried using Teams web version to check if the issue still occurs?
Does anyone else have the same issue?

I have the same issue. I’ve tried to place approvals on the Mac OS application, on Google Chrome, and on the IOS mobile application.. I just keep getting all errors today.. Super frustrating.
I’ll attach a screenshot below of the errors that I am receiving.
