How can I transfer my Microsoft Certificate from my previous email to my current email?

About 2 yrs ago I gave test for Microsoft Certification. I cleared the certification just to find out later that I did it using my secondary email which I do not use much or at all. I wanted to transfer my certificate to my primary email account else I will have to reattempt the test and pay for it again. Can someone help me with this situation? This might not be relevant to the topic but being a certification holder, this is the problem I am facing and not able to find a solution.
