Lookup function in power APP

how to use lookup function, I already try to search resolved option in community but no luck, i am using Table from share point named Proces CIP 2 combo boxes as input and text label as output. if i put normal formula direct code it shows the right answer but when i use combo box as the input in formula it either showing blank or wrong answer. i am attaching screen shots for reference.
