while creating a notebook in azure synapse analytics, getting kernel_fetch_error

i have created Resource group, storage account and apache spark pool in order to work on pyspark notebook. But if I am starting running cell, I am getting this error- We are unable to start a notebook session. To re-establish the connection, run the notebook again. Diagnostic information: fetch_kernel_specs (9davt8).
please suggest some solutions.
