How to add MPN ID to azure app with different domain / email account

I created an App on Azure and I try to enable multi-tenant access.

So, I need to link this app with my Microsoft Partner Center account: MPN ID

For now, I can't.

Everything is OK in the Legal section in the Microsoft Partner Center

Maybe because of that (found in a forum):

I had to make the App in the tenant which the partner account was associated with

This is not my case. The app is on a different domain.

Configuration:

• App on domain aaa.com on the Azure account associated with my Gmail account
• Microsoft Partner Center account is bbb.com with email: ******@bbb.com

Is it possible to add aaa.com to the Microsoft Partner Center? Is it enough to link the app?

It would be laborious to recreate everything only to have the same domain everywhere...
