So since 4 days I can´t delete old bitlocker Keys from my account. I get the messaget that they are deleted but once I refresh the page they are back.
I tried different browser and systems including smartphones so this seems to be a issue on MS side. Contacted the support and they just told me that they will forward it to their engineers to take a look at my account. But that "Have you tried turning bitlocker on and off" cracked me up. I found a similar problem from a year ago but support said it is not related.
Any ideas?

Like I said, I tried different devices, Windows, Mac, Android. Different Browser, private and incognito modes but no luck at all. It´s frustrating.
Hi!! Well, I have the same issue, there are no problems with backing up new keys but when it comes to deleting them from my account, they disappear until I refresh the page, so in the end, they never get deleted.
I contacted support and they advised me to wait for 24 hours and that they would report the issue, maybe it's a problem with the server :(
Many people have the same issue at the moment which is kinda strange.
