Unable to start a tumbling window trigger

I am trying to create a self-dependent tumbling window trigger that occurs every 5 minutes with a max concurrency of 1. It refuses to start at all and I am stumped. Any insight on what I'm missing? Thanks!

The trigger is set to the correct time; at the current time of this edit, it is 12/7/2023 20:37 UTC and it was started upon creation already.

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Here are few things you can check.

The start time is in UTC. If the start time of the trigger is set to a future time, then the trigger will not start until that time

please check the trigger status. Status needs to be "Started". You can check this from the manager and triggers section.

or you can check the box "start trigger on creation" when creating the tumbling window trigger.

This is weird. I am using the same config as your(from your screenshot) and able to start the tumbling window trigger.

Could you please confirm if you are experiencing the same issue with any other data factory? Also, please let me know the region of your data factory?
