Name issue

Respected Sir/mam

While verifying for certification exam, the form is asking for last name but i dont have last name on my government id proofs also.
Kindly help me with the issue, as last name is the mandatory field in the profile form.

    The similar question here says you can put same name as first and last name but still its better you post a question to confirm on that site (Link given in previous reply)
