Migration feature 2 question

Plan is 2010 to 2016 Production DB migration
I have taken site from 2010 production using DB method and now I am testing in SharePoint 2013. but for on the site got errors. I have attache336373-errorsupgrade.txtd logs. Please check and let me know what need to do on this.
in case if any solution I have to apply where I should apply in 2010 or 2013?

    It seems like your sites are using 3rd party application called Boost Solutions, I would say reach out to there support team and ask them for the steps to upgrade those databases. you might have to configure boost solutions first in target environment and then upgrade your databases from 2010 to 2013. seems like you are missing custom solutions in SP 2013 farm, compare both farms and deploy them in SP 2013.

    Activate the PublishingSite at Site Collection and then activate the PublishingWeb. Go to Site Settings > Site Collection Feature > SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure and then go to Site Setting > Manage Site Features > SharePoint Server Publishing. Activate these two features that should resolve your issue.
