Hi, seems like your PC have been missing a lot of updates, that could be why it's taking super long. You can pause updates in the settings here's how:
1.Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update . 2. Select either Pause updates for 7 days or Advanced options. Then, in the Pause updates section, select the drop-down menu and specify a date for updates to resume.

And if you can. Try deleting the last updates maybe this can fix it. Here's how to do it: Go to settings > System recovery. Then you will restart then go to recovery then go to Troubleshoot > OPtions > restart last update. Then it will do it's job. Please don't forget to select as helpful

Hello The error message cannot complete update undo changes indicates the update rollback failure during reboot, try below methods to help fix:

Press Windows key + X, select Control panel.

Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.

Click on Troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.

Run the Windows Update troubleshooter.
