Set calendar as "free" when creating an event via MS Graph Create event API

Hi,
I am using MS Graph Create event API to create a calendar event. My requirement is to set the calendar as "free" for the interval I have created an event on the participant's calendar.
Currently, when I book an event, it blocks ( status is set as "busy") the participant's calendar for that interval.
Is there any way we can create an event without blocking the participant's calendar? Or in other words, how can we create an event keeping the status as "free" in the calendar?

Thanks for your help.
I want to send event for "all day". For example, if someone is on full day leave, they can send the meeting request for all day without blocking others calendar.
I could send the meeting request for "all day", hence I wanted to send the meeting request with status free.If you can help me with sending the meetingrequest for "all day" where the participant's calendar are not blocked, that would also work for me.
