Cerification Start Point

Question

I am an IT pro with 25 years of experience supporting Microsoft products. I have no certifications.

I have a small business and am seeing there is value in gaining certifications for myself and employees. Currently, we have no certifications.

I would like some guidance in where to start with certifications. It all looks very confusing.

What certifications should I start with?
Windows 10 OS
M365
Windows Server

What are the course I should enrol in?

Hi，
I'm afraid that the certification exam website will be the only online skill exam.
