Microsoft Authentication

Question

We appear to be having issues with the Microsoft Authenticator app. A number of people have reported that their emails are not syncing on their phones (particularly with iPhone users on the build-it Mail app). There is no automatic pop-up from the Authenticator when this issue occurs- users have to manually enter phone their settings to get their email to sync up, but many do not know how to do this.
