where to get a clear step by step details how to use this platform? specially joining if I receive invitation by a county court Judge? I just sign for a new free account.

If you have the free account in Microsoft Teams. You can create your first teams and channels. Other Teams can also invite you to join their channels. For more details about how to get start with Teams, you can learn it from:
