I followed the steps in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory-b2c/tutorial-customize-ui

The style sheet and the html files are uploaded to the storage account as indicated.

I then modified the custom page URI as shown below.

When I clicked "save", I got this error message.
Save page changes
The request body contains unsupported properties: "Multiple load Uris belonging to different templates were provided, unsure which template to use."

It won't let me attach those two files with their correct extensions, so I have changed them to have .txt extension, but I still cannot attach custom-ui file. Here is the screenshot for custom-ui.html

You can also access that page via https://b2ctemp.blob.core.windows.net/b2c/custom-ui.html

Here is the style.css that I renamed.

Hi @Carol Lai · I have raised a ticket with product group as I am also experiencing the same issue in my test tenant. This is not an issue with HTML or CSS content, it is basically failing to save any changes under page layouts blade or recommended user flows and this needs to be fixed at our end.

Meanwhile this is being addressed, you can test UI customization with Standard user flows, as I didn't encountered any such issue with standard user flows in my tenant and the error only occurs in recommended user flows.

Once the issue with recommended user flows is fixed, I will post an update to this thread. Apologies for the inconvenience due to this issue.

Same issue on my side, the interessting thing is, that if I create a new worflow with the same settings, everything is fine, but no change to save the existing one

It seems that the issue is fixed already, I was able to delete the corrupted workflow now. Thx to your product team!

I am seeing the same issue with version 2.1.0. 2.1.1 does not work at all, even with the minimal unified.html. Hope you can get this resolved soon!

Mysteriously when I deleted the user flows and tried again, it is working fine now.

I'm able to save the custom page URI without hitting the error message.

When I continue to the next step to test the user flow,
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory-b2c/tutorial-customize-ui#test-the-user-flow

I get the following error message from https://jwt.ms and signin page didn't even show up.

@Carol Lai · Could you please post a separate question for this error so that we can close this thread. Please tag me in your question and meanwhile, I will try to figure out the cause of above error as I don't see any javascript in the HTML file you have attached above.
