We applied for the Azure OpenAI service from our company (Nihon Kohden Corporation) in April.
It was supposed to be approved within 10 business days, but it hasn't been approved yet.
When we contacted Microsoft Japan, we were instructed to email csgate@microsoft.com, which we did on May 9th, but we haven't received any response.
Could anyone with knowledge on how to handle this situation provide some guidance?

Access to the Azure OpenAI Service is subject to Microsoft's sole discretion based on eligibility criteria and a vetting process. Also, access is currently limited as we navigate high demand, upcoming product improvements, and Microsoft's commitment to responsible AI.

While you requested for the Azure OpenAI access by filling the request form, you should have got an automated email. Could you please share the Application ID from the email subject?

Using this Application ID, I can look at the internal logs for the status of the request . Awaiting your reply.

Thanks for your advise.Sorry for the late reply.We made Enterprise Agreement subscription in our company's tenant.
And the subscription is active.If you need detail information(Azure Substcription ID,capture of Azure configuration screen),I can send by mail.
