Hi abhilash.merupula,
Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.
I'd be happy to help you with your Azure for Students subscription issue.
First, please note that the Azure Terms of Use agreement limits free trial activation only for users who are new to Azure. If you've had any other type of Azure subscription in the past, you won't be eligible for a free trial. In that case, you might consider signing up for a Pay-As-You-Go subscription.
If you're still having trouble, double-check the information you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) and your credit card information. Make sure you don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information.
As a student, you're eligible for a free Azure subscription. You can sign up for Azure for Students, which offers complimentary access to various Azure products for a duration of 12 months, along with a $100 credit for the initial 6 months. You can sign up here: Azure for Students
f you're still experiencing issues, I recommend filing a subscription ticket with our support team. You can submit a (free) support ticket with our Azure subscription support team by creating an Azure support request and selecting Subscription Management as the issue type. Refer to this FAQ: how to create azure support request.
