I can't access some docs shared with me

When some docs or folders are shared with me, I can't access. I get the notification that I do not have access to it, I request access, the owner gives me access again, and again I can't access with the same message.

I tried everything I could find online in forums, I contacted my IT department and nothing.

Could you please look into this? it's really frustrating and not a good user experience especially in the work environment where we share docs and we work off these docs in collaboration.

    Hi @AntC

Thank you for posting this in Microsoft Q&A.

    Please try the following steps:

    1. Make sure that you're signed in to the correct account. If you have multiple Microsoft accounts, make sure that you're signed in to the account that has been granted access to the shared documents and folders.
    2. Try accessing the shared documents and folders from a different device or network. If you're having trouble accessing the documents and folders from your current device or network, try accessing them from a different device or network to see if the issue persists.
    3. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. Sometimes, cached data can cause issues with accessing shared documents and folders.

Hope this helps. Do let us know if you any further queries.

    Thanks,

    Navya.
