Why Microsoft Azure AI Speech "text to speech" service does not support Dari language?

Why Microsoft Azure AI Speech "text to speech" service does not support Dari language?
Whereas Azure AI Translator supporting that service.

Reading info, I found that might not be able at moment for AI Speech, it could require more resources and time to develop instead for AI Translator.
