HCX Site pairing issue

Hi team,
Getting error while doing hcx site pairing from on-premise to cloud in AVS.
any suggestions would be appreciated.
Tried with different browser.
When I tried to ping cloud HCX from hcx connector getting packet filtered response
From x.x.x.x icmp_seq=3 Packet filtered
Maybe if I dont set up Under Resolution Address select either the Public IP address or the Private IP, like we do in VMC on AWS?HCX ISSUE.png

To address the "HCX Site Pairing issue" when connecting from on-premises to the cloud in Azure VMware Solution (AVS), there are some steps that might help resolve the issue:
- Please check the necessary ports are open for communication. For HCX, ports 443 (HTTPS) and 4500 (IPsec).
Verify that your on-premises HCX Connector can route to the HCX Cloud Manager IP address.
If you are not using Azure ExpressRoute or VPN, you might need to configure HCX to use a public IP address for site pairing. This involves setting up a public IP block and configuring NAT rules2.

Thanks for your response.
Yes, I need to setup HCX over public internet. Though, before setting up public IP block and configuring NAT rules2 in NSX, I believe I need to configure the site pairing which I am unable to do so due to the mentioned error.

2024-09-05T10:21:35.3+00:00 That looks to be an underlay reachability issue, where the Connector cannot reach the HCX Cloud Manager.
