inplace upgrade

Hi, im having an issue with doing an inplace upgrade for my Azure VMs.

The server is currently running Windows (Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard) and i want to upgrade it to 2019 Standard.

im following this document -

I managed to complete this for 2 other servers however for this particular VM im having this issue (check screenshot)Screenshot 2024-09-13 103517 I want onto the link it provided but wasn't able to resolve this issue.

Can you help me resolve this?

    im following the link you gave me, however i run into a issue

    i receive this error even though i am on the enterprise admins and schema admins group. i have restarted the VM alsoScreenshot 2024-09-13 170818

    PS F:\Windows Server 2019\support\adprep> .\adprep.exe /forestprep 
    Adprep detected that the supplied or default user is not a member of the follow [Status/Consequence] Adprep has stopped without making changes. 
    [User Action] Verify the user is a member of Enterprise Admins group and Schema Admins group.
